What’s the best caffeine free pre-workout on the market? If you are someone who is highly sensitive to caffeine or wants to workout later in the day without being kept up all night, a stim-free workout is a great choice for you. Jacked Factory’s Pumpsurge provides all the energizing benefits of a normal workout, without the negative side-effects of caffeine.

Don’t get me wrong, caffeine is great for boosting energy and reducing fatigue and tiredness, allowing you to get through your difficult workout. However, many people are sensitive to caffeine and suffer from its side effects. Rapid heart rate, anxiety, and insomnia to name a few. Especially nowadays with so many pre-workout supplements being packed with high amounts of caffeine, it’s hard to find a good product that will still push you through your training session.

Pumpsurge does exactly this. It’s still packed with all the ingredients most preworkouts have, minus the caffeine.

L-Citrulline (5g) – This will boost you body’s nitric oxide production, resulting is more blood being pumped to your muscles and greater pumps in the gym. It provides greater muscle endurance, increasing strength and reduce fatigue.

Betaine Anhydrous (2.5g) – Assists the body with metabolism of a chemical called homocysteine. Homocysteine helps the blood, bones, eyes, heart, and muscles function properly. It improves hydration by attracting water into muscle cells, helping with water-based pumps. It plays a role in supporting protein-synthesis.

Taurine (2g) – A popular ingredient found in energy drinks, which improves athletic performance. It helps maintain proper hydration and electrolyte balance in your cells, allowing your muscles to last longer while training.

Alpha-GPC (150mg) – Proven to increase acetylcholine neurotransmission in the brain, leading to increased focus and concentration.

Astra-Gin (25mg) – Propriety plant derived ingredient that improves the absorption of amino acids, peptides, folates, and other nutrients. Amino acids are important for enhancing workout performance and promoting recovery, resulting in increased muscle gain. Also, helps with natural anabolic hormone production.

With all the reviews on their website being outstanding, it’s hard not to try this out as your stim-free workout formula.

Taste is great, I tried the blue-raspberry flavor and loved it. Strawberry-lemonade is a close second. From the online reviews, the other flavors all seem really tasty as well. The pumps and focus provided are awesome. This is my go-to supplement any time I’m working out later at night, or just trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. You can be sure to get the same effects of a great pre-workout, if not greater, without ingesting caffeine.

Overall Rating? 4.5/5

Honestly amazing. I have tried other stim-free pre-workouts and just haven’t felt the same effects as caffeine based ones. This is the first stim-free supplement that I can say gives the same effects as one that contains caffeine. The pumps are crazy, you will feel it. Would absolutely recommend it for anyone who is caffeine sensitive, or just want to take a break from caffeine, which I always recommend. It’s a great stimulant, but many people are taking too much, too often.

  1. Hey, I am very happy to have found your post. I was not actually aware of the caffeine content in the supplements. After reading your post I am going to keep an eye on this fact now. PumpSurge seems like a good option to me based on the facts that you have provided and I would like to give that a shot. I will just do some research to see how long its been on the market because I am just a bit scared of the new products that hit the shelves. Nevertheless, thank you so much for the wonderful post as I have now found a good product that I will be checking out more and perhaps even consider buying. Thanks!

    1. Glad to help! Yes, I always recommend looking into ingredients, especially in supplements. Thanks for the kind words

  2. This is a well written and informative article, which, for my liking personaly may actually be a bit too informative. I’m a coffee addict you see and when i read stuff like this which i know to be very true, it makes me cringe because i know that i should knoc it on the head and decaf just doesnt cut it

    1. Thank you! I would suggest to slowly reduce your intake rather than quitting it cold turkey. Just have it every second day or only have a small cup each day, and keep reducing the amount. Hope that helps, good luck with everything.

  3. Hi Trae, I’m pleased to meet you.

I am very happy to have read about PUMPSURGE Stim-Free Pre-Workout, which I didn’t know before. Well, it seems very great, I have seen the customer reviews you shared, with a hundred percent rating.

I agree much that caffeine is great for boosting energy and reducing fatigue and tiredness, allowing you to get through your difficult workout, though some people are sensitive to it.

This is helpful, thanks for sharing.

  4. What great information. I live in Vietnam and before Covid lockdown was a regular gym attendee. Nothing over the top, as I am 63. But because of my age and past, I have never used caffeine based supplements. I have had bowel cancer and caffeine upsets my stomach. This looks great, but is it ok for someone like me? I work long hours and would love to find something that would work for me. Thanks for the article.

    1. That’s awesome that you’re 63 and training, very impressive! This would save you from the caffeine side effects, but I would suggest contacting a health professional or doing some research to find out if any of the other ingredients would be ok due to your medical history. L-citrulline and betaine anhydrous are the main ones I would inquire about. Glad to have helped.
